Can we have the following feature?
Where Admin can disable some capabilities but those disabled capabilities are still visible to the vendors but when they hit save button they get a custom message, for example “This feature is nit available for your account. Upgrade your account to get this feature” and this message is also displayed in alert box in top of the feature page.
First, vendors can know exactly what that feature includes but they cannot get its function. Second, this promote for upgrading to different subscription.

Actually we have this in our plan.
Grey out non-available capabilities and showing message to upgrade plan.
We will release this very soon.
