      Hi,

      I check that if someone send a reply to customer, with an image inside, you don’t see the image.

      I suppose the same thing will happen in the other direction.

      Just I see small square with cross and also the following characters \”\”

      Yes, the first was tried to show the images in the mail, but don’t work.
