      Hi support,

Where to control the enquiry email setting? Currently the email only sent to admin, but vendor did not receive the notification email

      Hi,

That’s something impossible, and there is no setting to allow this.

It’s a by default feature, if a product belongs to a vendor then that vendor will definitely have notification for that product enquiry.

Between, which multi-vendor plugin you are using in? We will take a look with that once again.

      Thank You

      Hi,

We have just tested this again it’s working perfectly.

I can show you this in our demo as well, kindly provide me your test email address (I have to add a vendor with that).

Well, can you please email sending in your site with such a plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

It will confirm you, whether emails are sending out or not!

      Thank You
