Error in manual order creation

I’m trying to create an order manually on the “store-manager/orders-manage/” page, but when I try to search and select a product in the “Search for a product” dropdown – no products are found even tough I have the products in my store. This happens both when I’m logged in as a vendor user and as the admin user.

This is the error I’m getting in WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log:
