Hi,
I am really sorry for the inconveniences, as you were not able to create new topic! Possibly due to some attachment or content it’s blocking you.
Between, this is vendor’s “commission invoice”, and this is from Main store to vendors -> off course there will be no such vendor infos.
Vendor information comes in “Store Invoice”. Place a new order for any vendor’s product and you will receive an additional invoice in email along with Admin invoice.

Hi,
I have just this in your site.
Main issue was, you have tested for a vendor “vendor1” which is disabled, so it’s not detecting as vendor any more.I have just enabled it’s account and everything works perfectly.

That’s your mail server issue.
Or sometime too many mails with same type of content goes into spam.
