Help! Shipping by zones n/a rate adds as 000

      Hello
      We love Marketplace but are about to launch and are having a shipping issue.

      We are using shipping by zone and it is good but I have a vendor who wants to sell glass items to the uk but not to the rest of the world and hats to all zones.

      Hat to uk = good shipping
      Hat and fragile item to uk = good shipping
      Hat to France = good shipping
      BUT if someone in France orders a hat and a fragile item (which customer only wants to see in uk) its lets them buy both and only charges the Hat shipping rate as fragile is marked as N/A and so seems to count as zero.

      Is there a way to set N/A to DOES NOT SHIP HERE?

      THANKS SO MUCH I have lost so much sleep over this

      Shipping Class is not for restrict an item, whether this will be shippable or not!
