Hide or remove the ‘Filter by Location’ from [wcfm_stores] page

      I think you will find that this is displayed by a widget
      Go to – Appearance (Admin left hand side menu) – Widgets
      Right hand side – Store list sidebar – delete widget ‘Store list : Location filter
