Hi, I have purchased the analytics plugin and for some reason it is showing a majority of hits from the US and zero from the UK. We are UK based with much of our customer base located in the UK. Am I doing something wrong with the setup?
      Thanks
      Jon

      HI,

Umm … actually it has no setup for the purpose and it shows data as per customers visit.

Well, it has a setting to choose preferred region, can you please set UK over there and take a look what it’s showing?

Between, is your site has connected with Google Analytics?
If not, then please connect and check traffic source in Google console for cross check.
May use this plugin for the purpose – https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/

      Thank You

I’ve changed the preferred region to UK and it shows zero hits.. I’ve attached a screenshot of the world map and as you can see a majrity of the hits are from the US with none from the UK. Which is actually impossible as we are UK based and every vendor is UK based.

I have checked Google analytics and the stats on there are fine, showing a majority of the hits from the UK. Screenshot attached.

Google analytics show hits from the UK, but still not showing them on the website analytics with the plugin though.

      Hi,

WCFM Analytics is no way link to Google Analytics as it does not support vendor wise analytics.

For main site you may use Google Analytics and check stats using this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/

      Thank You

OK, I installed the pluging and the hits are saying UK (see screenshot), yet the WCfm Analytics plugin still says those hits are from the US.

Excellent, thank you. Do you have an ETA of the next update. So I can inform the vendors who are querying 🙂

      Thanks
