How could inquiry button only member could submit?

      I see “inquiry button” at single product page.

      How could inquiry button only member could submit?

      If guest click will redirect to my custom page link.

      No, any user may as Inquiry – Logged in or Non-logged in does not matter!

      Please be sure, your site or single product page has no JavaScript errors.
