How could we know which vendor change their order status to "shipped"?

      If 48-2416
      the customer buy product from two vendor A&B, then two vendor A&B will have own order status.
      It will different then wc order status. ( I choose this way )

      How could we know which vendor change their order status to “shipped” in 48-2416 this order?

      I need to make some action for the vendor user who change order status to “shipped”.

      I see it
      but have any key or parameter ( record this vendor user had shipped ) in this order?
      My partner need add code to do some action?
