How do I get rid of the search box in vendor page

      When you go to the vendor page it shows this nasty text “No results
      We’re sorry, but your search “” did not match
      CAN’T FIND WHAT YOU NEED? TAKE A MOMENT AND DO A SEARCH BELOW OR START FROM OUR HOMEPAGE.” This is on page load without any input from user. This only occurs on the vendor page with the search icon below the text being the culprit. Is there a way I can remove it or at least not have it triggered on every page load?
      This is urgent!!! Find screenshots below.
