How to add categories?

      Hi, probably a very simple question, I can see I can add product categories via woocommerce, but is it possble for vendors to add their own categories (not from the backend) to save me adding them all?

      Just to clarify. do I need wcfm-Ultimate to add categories by the vendor? Or am I missing a setting on the free version? See image. https://ibb.co/e1cNMe
