All of my Multivendor plugins have stopped working, possibly since a WP or WooCommerce upgrade.
I get no Dashboard to access any of the settings at https://<mydomain>/store-manager/
I may be experiencing the same problem as ticket #38569 (which is private so I can not try the solution).

This may happen due to many reasons, difficult to guess yours.
