      Hello,

      I have attempted every configuration option i can think of to import products with their associated attributes, but I can’t get it to work. I downloaded an export which has an item with a global attribute filled in. I took that export, limited it to the one item, changed the sku and tried to import it. It imported the item just fine, but again the attribute did not come with it. Does the import not work on attributes? I would think it does since the dropdown menus for aligning fields has attribute fields in it. Any help would be most appreciated!

      Hi,

      Can someone please tell me if the product CSV import will work to import custom attributes? I can’t seem to make it work.

      Ok, I received no answer here, but i realize this is actually not a WCFM issue. I was able to resolve as importing attributes does work properly. I realize that I had “global attributes” set to 1 which means the global attribute needs to be created in advance in admin or it won’t work. After getting that straight the import works fine with attributes.
