I did a test communication between customer and vendor
Example:
Customer: info123
Vendor: Example-StoreCustomer sends an inquiry to Vendor
Vendor gets notified by email that there is a pending inquiry. Vendor logs in to the marketplace to check on the inquiries:
1) Now, how can we make it easier for Vendor when he log-in to go to his store manager page directly?
2) If not possible, how can we make possible?
3) Also, when the Vendor log-in he should immediately be notified of pending inquires.
4) When vendor clicks on the vendor notification (in the store manager page), he will see the pending inquiries. But at this moment the customer’s name and email are not hyperlinked or clickable. (Which is fine if we can control that based on membership level of the vendor). But suppose the Vendor is a premium PRO level, he should be able to click on the Customer’s Name (in the inquiry) to see more details about the customer.
5) Also, When the vendor opens the inquiry, there is no details about the customer whatsoever inside the inquiry message. Again, based on the vendors membership level, vendor should be able to see some details or access to customer’s business card details for example.
6) When vendor goes to Store Manager page, there should be an “Inquiries” link on the Left Sidebar (with new inquiries notification bubble). Clicking on that link, should take vendor to the Inquiries message centerCustomer gets notified by email that there is a reply to his pending inquiry. Customer logs in to the marketplace to check on the inquiry reply:
1) I can’t find any place on the page where customer can see his original inquiries or replies from vendors.
2) Where is the message center for customer?Attachments:

HI,
1) Now, how can we make it easier for Vendor when he log-in to go to his store manager page directly?
– It’s by default feature. If vendor login to the site they redirect directly to the Store Manager page.
3) Also, when the Vendor log-in he should immediately be notified of pending inquires.
– Vendor are getting Email and SMS notification for those. If login to the site then desktop notification. Also Inquiry count bling at top bar of dashboard.
Under main dashboard they can latest Inquiries – https://ibb.co/jWWnn7yDo you think another special notification require for this? if “YES”, then why only for Inquiries and not for Support Tickets, Reviews etc …?
4) When vendor clicks on the vendor notification (in the store manager page), he will see the pending inquiries. But at this moment the customer’s name and email are not hyperlinked or clickable. (Which is fine if we can control that based on membership level of the vendor). But suppose the Vendor is a premium PRO level, he should be able to click on the Customer’s Name (in the inquiry) to see more details about the customer.
– Well, Inquiry is not essential for only logged in users. Still we will hyperlink those to customer details page if it’s from logged-in user.
5) Also, When the vendor opens the inquiry, there is no details about the customer whatsoever inside the inquiry message. Again, based on the vendors membership level, vendor should be able to see some details or access to customer’s business card details for example.
– Inquiry manager has all details including customer details – https://ibb.co/D4ZdJ9K
6) When vendor goes to Store Manager page, there should be an “Inquiries” link on the Left Sidebar (with new inquiries notification bubble). Clicking on that link, should take vendor to the Inquiries message center
– You may add this using WCFM Menu Manager from WCFM Admin Setting. As we have added this at Top Bar so do not repeat at left menu.
Customer gets notified by email that there is a reply to his pending inquiry. Customer logs in to the marketplace to check on the inquiry reply:
1) I can’t find any place on the page where customer can see his original inquiries or replies from vendors.
2) Where is the message center for customer?– Customer can see and reply to Inquiries from WC My Account Dashboard – https://ibb.co/QFqf1cd
Thank You
