Hi,
I am really sorry for the trouble.
Are you getting this only for vendors or as Admin as well?
Can you please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status ->Logs -> is there any error related to this or not!

hi;
this mostly happened on vendor page sometime showing within admin. it is happened to also others like DataTables warning: table id=wcfm-products … additionally on vendor page the upload photos showing error >>>>> “(An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.)”

Between, did you checked at WC logs, is there any errors?

I have tried to send the response code but your system not accepting to post it returning error,
any how I have notice once i changed the user type from vendor to administrator , I am able to upload images
I think there are issue with user permissions
