Hi,
Since a few days ago I’ve been seeing something not complete in the notifications.
When for example I send a direct message to a vendor, he appears in the notices, but even when he should receive an email, he does not receive it.I have active all in notifications.
Regards

HI,
Please keep install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
And be sure, emails are triggered or not?

Hi,
Direct message from Admin to Vendor (see attach 1)
– Do you have send this message to all vendors or to that particular vendor only?
If you send this to “All” then there is no email notification. It’s because of, to reduce site load. Suppose you have 500 vendors the certainly system will send out 500 emails at a time, hugh pressure on server. Even, your emails address may be mark as “Spam”About ticket support I found a issue ? If I have hide to show email customer to vendor, why the email that receive vendor can replay direct to customer ?
– Will, definetely take care of this in next update
Thank You

Hi,
I have only one vendor, so I sent a direct message only to him.
Thanks again,

Hi,
It does not matter how many vendors you have.
If you sending direct message without selecting vendor then it considered as “All” direct message – https://ibb.co/qJ7WYKd
For such case no notification email triggered.Thank You

Hi,
Ok, I selected a vendor first, then wrote and send.
Maybe work if we have more of one vendor, need minimum two vendors to work ?

Update !
I found a posible origin of issue.
I have another install of WCFM in another domain with no update plugins.
Multivendor Marketplace 2.0.3
Frontend Manager 5.2.6
Multivendor Membership 2.2.5And work direct message notification.
I can’t know where exactly the origin of the issue, but I’m sure that with the las update the problem appeared. In my working domain I have the last plugins from you.

Resolved !
Was my fault, I found a filter in functions of my theme.
add_filter( ‘wcfm_is_allow_notification_email’, ‘__return_false’ );
Don’t remember why, but are erase.
Sorry and regards,
