Hi following case:
order with 3 line items.
1. Vendor withdraws 2 line items
2. Admin refund 1 other line item in backend–> Afterwards all 3 line items are available for withdraw again. Could you please urgently check that.

Hi,
Well, if you refund item without refund request process then that order’s commission/withdrawal totally reset.
By default, vendors are not allowed to request refund if any order already withdrawal.

question: if the withdrawal is requested then vendor cannot request refund correct? if yes shouldn’t this be done only for approved withdrawals .. means if the withdrawal is approved then the vendor cannot request a refund and can request a refund if the withdrawal is a request??

Hi, damn. I thought I read somewhere that admin can also make refunds without a refund request from the vendor. Wasn´t that part of some of your new releases?
Due to the order listing page issue (Other forum topic) vendor can´t place withdraw requests on my site. That´s why I did refund in backend as workaround. High costs for me to refund and also withdraw to vendor 🙁

Would be great if we could follow up on the bug in order listing to get this resolved. As you see it is a major issue for my business.

I thought I read somewhere that admin can also make refunds without a refund request from the vendor. Wasn´t that part of some of your new releases?
– You may do this, but if withdrawal already completed and vendor received payment then that will have no effect on vendor’s order or withdrawal (we have added this option in last update).
