      Hi Guys

      is it possible to change the knowledge base system to allow formatting of text?

      such as we have when creating a blog post or page?

      Hi,

      Well, then you may create knowledge base using such a plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-knowledgebase/

      And just link that WCFM menu for vendors.
