      Greetings
      Past posts discussed :-
      1 – knowledge base text formatting (No Function)
      And
      2 – Re-order of Knowledge base categories
      Support had said that both of these would be added in future updates but I have not seen the changes yet
      Can you please tell me whether these are still going to be added? And if so how soon
