      Hi there,
      Is there a way I can limit to the vendor to only allow a certain number of products?

      Hi,

      Yes off course, you can set no of allowed Products, Categories for vendors using Capability.
      But this is part of WCFM Ultimate.

      You may even set Vendor Group specific capability using WCFM _ Groups & Staffs.
