Limit vendor sign up to specific countries

      I would like to limit vendor sign up only to persons in Germany. I have noticed that this option is connected to the Woocommerce “Sell to specific countries” setting. My store however does not sell to Germany, we sell only in Vietnam and Korea (currently). How can I do this?
