      Hi there!

      Just wondering if there are any other alternatives for Live Chat other than Talkjs and if you are creating one!

      Hi,

      Sorry, there is no other alternate available right now.

      This is the only chat server which supports “multi-vendor” sites.

      Can you change the gravatar on the chat module for each vendor?

      Can the chat transcript be emailed to the vendor? Unless they login how are they going to see the chat? Are there any other options available?

      – This will change as per vendor’s store logo

      Can the chat transcript be emailed to the vendor? Unless they login how are they going to see the chat? Are there any other options available?
      – Off course, but you have to setup this at Talkjs.com account setting.
