Media Library Loading Issues/ Dashboard Colors and logo resetting

I have the following issues;

1.) Whenever i save my settings for color or anything really on the WCFM Manager it resets my color theme as well as the logo I have chosen. So i end up getting the default add your logo here.

2.) Whenever I want to edit a clients page say to change their banner or Logo etc the Media Library doesn’t load previous files it just loads infinitely. So we always have to reupload image files to use them in places. The media library however works for other functions but just not the WCFM.

3.) I have different groups created based on different member subscriptions. I would like only Sellers of a specific group to be listed on my store list page. How do I go about this. Example Free sellers and Premium sellers. I only want Premium Sellers to be shown on my store list page.
