I have ran a test on my site. I set up a membership that bills every day. I set it at $1 recurring every “1 day” and billing cycle count is set at 4.
This is what occurred:
A test member subscribed on 6-5-20 at 11:19pm and they were billed $1
On 6-6-20 at 7:55am they were billed $1
On 6-7-20 at 7:55am they were billed $1
on 6-8-20 at 7:55 they were billed the final $1 of the cycle and immediately following their plan was downgraded as paypal of course cancelled the subscription because of the cycle had ended. Their plan should have been active until 6-9-2020 at 11:19pm. I think when paypal marked the subscription as cancelled it sent the information back to WCFM and instead of waiting until the expiration time it just cancelled the entire thing immediately.
This is a major bug, if it was to occur with a monthly plan or even a yearly plan then the vendor would lose the last term of their subscription. I will also follow up with an email to premium support.
