      Your membership does not working properly.
      If vendor purchase membership free trial then after trial the trial amount is charged

      During buy plan, when free trial amount is 10 then after expiry of trial period the same amount (10) will be charged. Please solve as soon as possible.

      Which payment method you are using for membership subscription? It this PayPal!

      During buy plan, when free trial amount is 10 then after expiry of trial period the same amount (10) will be charged.
      – What does this means? Trial amount charged at the time of subscription, why at the end of trial period ?

      Hi,

      Well, Bank Transfer is manual payment option.

      Then how you are getting this, it’s charging Trial Amount at the end of Trial period? Can you please show me screenshot for this!

      Trial period amount is charged before and after trial expire. Please solve this issue immediately.
