      I have numerous vendors, that while trying to look at their products, only get bounced out to their account page. It sometimes resolves when using a different browser. Sometimes not. The links are fine when copies and used. But not from the menu. Any ideas on how we could resolve this?

      Your issue not so clear to us, but it seems like this is a cache issue. Please clear your site cache then check.
