Need a Dashboard to managed commisions from external Shops?

Hi,
we think that your plugin could be our solution.

We build individual WooCommerce shops for our customers, your products are shipped by us and most of them are produced by us. our customers receive commissions for the ideas and the advertising campaign.

Now we need a multifunctional dasboard for our partners, where we can connect external woocommerce installations and manage commissions.

Our customers should see statistics from their shops and pay their commission. but should not be able to change articles.

we want to have the Dasboard on an external domain and link all shops and then our customers can get in and see their commissions, statistics of their shop and pay their commissions!

we don’t want to control and manage the items and orders via the plugin.
we do all this with our own program JTL WAWI is erp software

can you tell us if this is possible and which plugins do we need? If this is not possible with the plugin, could you do something like this for us?
