      Hi,

      We are using WCMp with WCFM Ultimate and Membership plugins. Ours is simple site with 3 membership levels Free, Basic, Advanced for Vendors

      We have vendors registrations successfully done with the Role ‘Subscriber’ under ‘Free’ membership level.

      However, we are not receiving any emails on the WCFM Admin Dashboard that would let them be approved and converted to the Role ‘Vendor’.

      Not sure what is going on..we checked the database as well and it doesn’t create the row in the messages table.

      Can you suggest us where we are going wrong?

      P.S: We have upgraded to WCFM Ultimate and use WCFM membership addon.

      Hi Kasaga,

      Thanks for get in touch with us and I am really sorry for such strange issue.

      Hope you have enabled “Approval” mode for membership levels.
      Can you once check by disabling “Approval” mode for Free membership level?

      Are you getting other notifications, e.g new order, under WCFM messages?

      We are also checking this once from our end as well.

        Hi,

        Thanks for your quick reply. Yes, we did enable Approval mode for the memberships as part of the membership setup. Only then, we tested and found out the messages are not coming. We are getting other types of messages like Reset Password which we believe is not using any WCFM modules. We haven’t tested the orders completely, but, whatever we tried to do with a single order like change status, add a note to customer etc didn’t send any messages.

        Any help is much appreciated!

      Hi,

      A small edit for the previous reply, we do get Emails on the Orders, though nothing shows up on the ‘Notifications Board’ or the ‘Notice Board’.

      But, no emails on the Vendor membership front whilst registering a vendor even though he shows up as subscriber.

      Hi,

      I think there is some database or PHP error happening.
      Can you please check once your site’s PHP error log and WooCommerce log, if there is anything like that or not!

      I don’t mind giving access to my site, however, I live in Australia which means, there is a timezone issue with you and me out here.

      Can you suggest a better way to get in touch with you to resolve this at the earliest?

      How do I get the logs for your perusal, I am a first time developer with wordpress.

      Hi,

      Figured out how to setup debug logs. Here is what I find when I try to make a new Vendor through Free membership –

      That’s true, our timezone is different but that will not a hurdle at all. You may contact us anytime.

      Thanks for this logs, but these are PHP notice not errors so this will not going to block anything.

      Missing notification is due to something else!

      Whenever you get time reach us with credentials.

      Hi,

      I just had a chat with my client and he is not comfortable with us giving access to the site.

      However, he is OK with us sharing the TeamViewer credentials and him being present along with us.

      Kindly let me know if that works out for you.

      We share TV credentials, you login on your end into my machine to verify and the client is next to me seeing what you are doing.

      We have no issues with TV debugging.

      Just to mention, TV debugging is not possible by our support team member. So, please give me a bit time as this will be totally developers job so I have to schedule this with our development team.

      This issue has been resolved. It was due to registration page configuration.
