      Hello,

      My Client using WCFM Ultimate plugin and it works fine. it include support ticket module which works fine but it show attachment option when reply on ticket. it doesn’t showing attachment option when first time create support ticket. can you help on this how can i able to use attachment option when submit support ticket As i am developer.

      Hi,

      Attachment option comes at “Support Reply” – https://ibb.co/KsbXsdJ

      It’s not allow to add attachment at initial ticket submit popup.
