      I have ultimate and when creating the products it is not saving the pictures loaded

      Hi,

      Did you checked without ultimate ever, image was saving or not ?

      Other fields are saved properly ?

      It’s difficult say exactly, may be conflict with some other plugin or theme!!

      You may check, its working perfectly in our demos, so in general therebis no such issue.

      Is your site is on web? And possible to give us a dummy access, we will dubug it, its something specific to your site.

      ITs just from Chrome I tested now on iphone and safari and seem to work

      Sorry, not getting you clearly.

      Im testing it in different scenarios it did upload once but it seems it was the user i was using to test and not the Chrome or Safari that was the issue as soon as I go to another user the picture does not save when submitting

      I have ultimate user login to allow people to login via facebook

      Ok, when they register as user what is their user role?

      WCfM dashboard allow only Admin, Shop Manager and Vendor user.

      Yes all vendors, it seems when I add pictures from iphone it saves and allows further pictures

      Does picture size make a difference?

      Hi,

      Not sure but possible, but those will impose from theme or other plugin.

      WCfM does not impose such restriction, it uploads images via WP default method.

      If tou are facing with any user or any particular pic then please try that from wp-admin WooCommerce default add product page.

      If you still getting the same issue then it is something due to user role or image size issue. But if it works fine from there then something blocking WCfM to do the same, we have to debug that.
