      We have setup most of this now, but we have a problem when the user first goes through the Registration process.
      They complete the form, including the code via email, and hit Register, but they are taken to this URL:

      https://www.domain.co.uk/wp/wp-admin/index.php?page=store-setup

      Our site is on a WordPress hosting package, so it forces the /wp/wp-admin/ in there. Is this the reason they are getting the error, “Sorry you are not allowed to access this page”?.

      Note: domain.co.uk added to protect domain’s privacy.

      Hi,

      Are you using any other membership plugin or user role controller plugin to restrict vendors from accessing “wp-admin” area ?

      If so, then please remove that restriction and disable vendor’s wp-admin access only from WCFM Capability setting.

      Well, you may also disable vendor’s store setup widget from WCFM Admin Setting -> Marketplace Setting

      Hi there.. Thanks that fixed it. IT now defaults straight through ot a page that shows the Basic subscription is enabled and our menu we added for the Dashboard.
