Hi,
Two things.
1) Vendor can not mark an order as shipped. It shows “This status not allowed, please go through Shipment Tracking.”
2) When you enter the shipment tracking details, it updates it in the order however, the status of the order is still “Processing”This is happening with both COD as well as pre-paid orders.
Kindly let me know if it is a setting issue.

– Are you using “Order Sync” mode ON or OFF?

Great, that’s the reason “Shipped” Status not set to order, as WC does not has any such status.
If “order Sync” off then vendor’s individual status will be mark as “Shipped” when then will add shipment information.
