PLEASE HELP – Vendor Registration form is corrupt!!

      I posted under membership several days ago without any answer – Please help – you say you want to help people as much as possible but you do not answer the forum. Vendor registration form is not displaying correctly please see the attached file. Is there a fix for this display problem.. Thank you.

      I also have this same question on the forum which you answered as below but the forum will not allow me to log in to give you the url so I put it here (above). Please note that tyour website log-in has a problem with capture – It will not allow me to fill in my details and capture together! When I do one and then try the other it tells me I have not entered correctly.

      Hello.. Thank you for all your help. After days of trying to fix this I deactivated all plug-ins, then reactivated them and everything is okay now!
      The problem is solved 🙂

      Possibly it was due to caching!
