      Do you offer upgraded support plans at all, if not is this something you would consider?

      I would certainly be interested in a paid support package

      Hi,

      I am really sorry, we are a bit late in reply this time due hugh number of support request.
      In general we prefer to reply with 6-10 hours. But now we failed to maintain this. Really sorry for this.

      But right now we do not have any such special support package.
