Problem with email verification

      Customers are not receiving their email verification.

      When i do a test I do not receive one either. I disable this and enable again after saving, then I receive it.

      I cannot have customers emailing me every time that they dont receive an email confirmation

      Hi,

      Are you talking about vendors I guess.

      Well, other emails are working properly?

      Kindly install this plugin to your site – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
      It will help you in checking whether emails are triggered or not?

      Actually, emails are depend on mail server mainly.
      Or, may be emails are going into “spam” folder, please check that as well!
