      Hello! When withdrawing funds, an error occurs. In the logs I see the error “payment processing failed: PayPal Payout setting is not configured properly please contact site administrator”

      I have a corporate account PayPal in Russia. I would like to know which payment method to use correctly – PayPal Standard or PayPal Checkout?

      HI,

      Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> wcfm logs -> you will see exact reason for this error.

      I have a corporate account PayPal in Russia. I would like to know which payment method to use correctly – PayPal Standard or PayPal Checkout?

      – It should be PayPal standard, but please be sure “Payout” is enable for your PayPal account.

      I contacted PayPal technical support. I was told that the withdrawal of funds for sellers is possible only when the Mass Pay feature is on.
      Did I understand PayPal technical support correctly?
      But in Russia, the inclusion of this function is possible only with a turnover of over 10,000 euros. For us, this is unacceptable.
      Is there any other way to make payments to sellers?

      About Stripe I will find out.

      Is this restriction in PayPal valid only in Russia? Or now payments to sellers do not work anywhere through PayPal?
      Paypal technical support tells me different information every time.

      What exactly do they have to clarify in order to understand is it possible for us to connect payouts to sellers through your plugin?
      What data needs to be requested?
      Api username, passaword, signature available.
      Do I need to connect PayPal Mass Pay to our PayPal account?

      Hi,

      Well, PayPal has changed their terms recently, I am not sure it’s block Russia from this or not!

      You require “PayPal Payout” has to enable for this withdrawal payout.

      Please ask PayPal support to enable this for your live PayPal account!
