      Hello,

I am using the plugin currently on our website, the problem is that after we tested the website by creating/registering new vendor, it was successful but we can’t view the vendor’s store page, like for example mywebsite.com/store/vendor-store-page/

It redirects us to shop/store page.
What seems to be the problem or issue, or have we not set the plugin right?

Hope we get a response soon.

      Thank you!

      Hi

When you renamed your store page did you save the change?
Also you might need to reset the sites permalink structure

      Thanks for the response.

I didn’t really change the store page.

      permalink structure is as usual.
But what do you mean by reset the site’s permalink?

      Hi

Sorry i should have point you in that direction.
      go to

Marketplace – settings – Dashboard pages
you will see a tick box called “Refresh permalinks”

      tick that and save

i had to do that when i renamed the store page

      Hi,

But what do you mean by reset the site’s permalink?

      – What is your site permalink? You will see this from wp-admin -> Setting -> Permalink

      Thank You

I have thick that option already but still I can’t view any sample Vendors Stores I created.

Can you guys please check on it in the backend if I can provide you with the logins?

Also I tested to upload store image and banner if it keeps me getting an http error and uploading images failed.

Like this, when you try to visit vendor store url http://rivermarketdev.wpengine.com/store/testwebstore/
it will only redirect to this page: http://rivermarketdev.wpengine.com/shop/

      Hi

have you set up any redirects in any other plugins?

going here http://rivermarketdev.wpengine.com/store redirects to here

      http://rivermarketdev.wpengine.com/my-account/

I think http://rivermarketdev.wpengine.com/store should list your dealers if I have got it right

I’m not affiliated in any way to wclovers, I’m just a very happy user

      Thank’s on your response.

But I don’t have any redirect plugin setup on the website. It’s a fresh build site with few plugins really.

      Hi

Ok, try disabling all the plugins with the exception of the marketplace plugins and try again
If it works, turn on each plugin separately and test, when you find the plugin that’s created the error, do not turn it back on

      Another thing to try

      Change your permalinks to “plain”

From WordPress dashboard – settings – permalinks
      Then save

If you have a caching plugin installed you should clear the cached pages

      Does it work now?

      If so go back to

WordPress dashboard – settings – permalinks and select “post name” then save

      test the site again
