Publication of the goods, error 502

      Hello!
      I have a problem, after the publication of the goods by the vendor, the page of his shop becomes unavailable, the error 502 takes off.
      I linked this product to another vendor.
      And now another vendor does not work the store page.
      Is there a problem?

      It does not open on the products tab
      If you manually change the link and do assign /about for example.
      Then the vendor store page will open.
      Help please!

      And if you click on a product category from the /about tab, it will open.
      But if you click the product tab, again it will be error 502
