      Hello dear WClovers team,

      I wait for an answer on my Emails for one week. I have 2 issues to solve on my page. I wrote about them a week ago and received no answer during this time.
      Could you explain why did I received no answer? Are you too busy to solve them or didnt you receive an Emails from me? (which I sent 3 times)

      Hello,

      my Email-Address is pk@digital-assistant.eu. You’ve missed “s”.

      But it actually doesnt really matter because we had a Email -conversation al least since the beginning of April, if not longer.

      And everything went good until next week.

      I mean you didnt need to type my Email, because there already were the conversation between us, and you just needed either to answer the message that you received from me, or to copy the Email if you wanted to start a completely new comversation .

      guys, ok, I’ve sent you the EMail from the wrong Email-address. On 24 of April.

      If you look on the screenshot from the last Email you could see that we had a support conversation waaay earlier than that.

      So, the issues are:

      Hi,

      – Well, WCFM all notification follow same template and it’s generated dynamically. No such email template is there. Only one email template is there – “Store new Order”. Registration emails can be translated from WCFM Membership setting.

      But other notifications are using same template. But you may translate it’s text as other other string, using translation file.

      2. The Reports page in the German version doesnt work well, is working only in the English version.
      How can this be solved?

      – Your translation has some error, possibly you have press “enter” by mistake with translated string. Look report page browse console, you will see JavaScript error for this.

      – This is your theme templates issue. Just test by creating a product from WC default product manager.

      Between, do you have set featured image or gallery image? If it’s not featured image then will not appear anywhere!

      3. Thank you, I understood. I added the photo in the incorrect field. There are couple of field for adding photos in WCFM when you create a product and I’ve chosen the wrong one.

      Hello,

      are you still there?

      As addition to the Notification-Question I sent you the screenshot of a Notification that I got after vendor registration.

      In a previous Email you wrote me two Strings and wrote that those two Strings should appear in all notifications.

      In the notification on the screenshot I do not see neither first, nor second String.

      Hi,

      Well, registration related emails are not notifications.

      You may edit this from WCFM Membership setting section – https://ibb.co/qBFxW64

      Now, as you are using WPML then you have to save this in all languages separately.

      e.g. your site has two languages – English and German – now first browse this page in English and save content in English, then browse page in German and save in German translated content.

      I created 4 User Verification field in English. I translated them in German with WPML. But those field appear in English language, although I translated them.

      – Please update WCFM Ultimate 6.1.0, now your translations will work for this.

      Hello,

      I have one more issue.

      I added 4 Vendor registration fields. All 4 are File/Image type.

      When I registered a vendor, I uploaded 2 files. Screenshot below.

      I have one more question to you. I found such a setting as “Refund Threshold Days”. I dont really understand what this means.
      Could you please explain me, what this Refund Threshold Days are? And what is the Refund Threshold?

      Hi,

      Refund Threshold Days – this will ensure till how many days an order allowed for refund.

      Suppose you have set this 30, then customer and vendor will be able to place refund request upto 30 days for an onder.

      Honestly, I would have this issues solved as soon as possible, because not having a rightfully created Invoice means that I can not sell and also can not allow my vendors to sell in my marketplace. This is so at least in a German market.

      So, I would be very thankful if you could solve the issues which I described before as soon as you could.

      Is it not easier for you to simply log in as an Administrator an check all the things you need to know?
      I mean, it would probably be easier then spending 3-4 days just for asking if the field is created and filled up.
      Especially considering the fact that I wrote you already in the previous messages that I created and activated the fields.

      But quite unhappy because it is not working by me.

      I will also show you how it works by me:

      Step one. Creating a fields:

      1. They are different. Why?
      2. Created invoice fields didnt appear on both invoices. Why?

      I am sending you the screenshot and explanations for almost 2 weeks. And you have an access to the admin Dashboard of my site. Is it impossible to simply check the problem?
      Or you really believe that seeing how good it works by you will help me solving the issue by me?

      Hope you are able to solbe the issue or at least to explain me how to solve it.

      Well, first of all –

      https://prnt.sc/nwywl5 – this is store invoice

      https://prnt.sc/nwyw29 – this is normal order invoice, it has no use. You may disable this from PDF Invoice plugin setting as well.

      Admin also able to download Store Invoice for each order from Vendor Manager -> Orders Section

      Now, why custom invoice fields not visible I have to check in your site.

      Kindly send me site details once more or atleast know me from which email you previously send me those?

      1. I deactivated the normal order invoice from PDF Invoice Plugin settings.

      Result is the same. When I download the invoice from WCFM as Admin I get this normal store invoice, which has no use.

      This notification says that I updated the Store Manager Page 265 times in 5 minutes.
      What is that? I have an IThemes Security plugin and have checked my site and my domain. Site and Domain are clean.

      Is there some security issues from you? Or some bug?

      I strongly recommend you to answer the messages, because the issues connected with your plugin are getting worse and worse. And you refuse to answer more than 1 time in 4-5 days, which is rare.

      – Right now admin not allowed to download “Store Invoice”. We will add prohibition for this.

      Recheck your translation, be sure you have translated this for right domain.

      Firstly, I am very unsatisfied, because I had a conversation with on of your agents, before I purchased this plugin. And I got a garantee, that the payments work exactly how I described.
      I got a garantee that every Vendor can choose his payment method and will get the money DIRECTLY from Customers. With ALL possible payment methods.

      And now you say that the Vendors can use only offline payments.

      But we can not work only with offline payments method. For juridical reasons we have to allow our vendors to get the payments directly from Customers and we can not be involved in that process.

      So, if you can not give us the possibilty to allow vendors to get the payments directly from Customers with not only offline but also with the online payments, than we can not use your plugin anymore.

      So, the question is: can you do this for us?
      In the next update? At least in some update later?

      – This is impossible.

      This is possible only using “Stripe Split Pay”. and we have mentioned this every where very clearly.

      Previously it was possible using PayPal, but now they have disabled API for this.

      Kindly show me screenshot of mail thread or forum topic where you got this information from us?

      Well, I am the only person (Shhiv Kumar) who reply to all WCFM forum topics and emails. I never say this to any of our users in last 1.5 years.

      Your last message was from 21.06.2019 and you told me that you will show me the Loom Video of how PayPal Payment Gateway is capable to work in the way we wanted to, so that Customers send their order payment directly to vendors.

      However, I didnt get any messages from you after that. I also didnt get any updates on checking the possibility to integrate the Trustly Payment Gateway.

      Is there any progress in this directions?

      We are waiting 2 monthes for solving the payment issue, waiting for some offers and solutions. Are you able to simply give the customer the info about what is the status of the ticket, how far are you in working on it, and how much time will it approximately take?

      I wait for your response almost 2 monthes.

      The issue was the payment gateways. As Admin, we dont want to be a participant of payment that are provided from Customer to Vendor. We want Customers to pay DIRECTLY to Vendors.
      We want Vendors to be able to choose the payment method by themselves. Vendors have to be able to put their own payment data in their marketplace account.
      We dont want to do this centrally through admin. We want to make payment Vendor-Customer reltionship.

      In your last Message you told us that you are testing a custom addon for this.

      Can you please tell us, how close you are to solve this for us?

      Or are you not able to solve this?

      We have to know this information so that we can plan our workflow.

      We have created an addon for this, but facing some difficulties during refund.
