Refund Requests: You don't have permission (vendor)

      Hi,

      I simulate a refund, but I do not have access to the refund menu with my seller account. after clicking the Refund ID in my news, I have this error message: Refund Requests: You do not have permission to access this page. Please contact your Store Admin for assistance.

      I verified the user rights with the “option” menu of my admin account everything is ok

      Do you have a solution ? thank you so much

      HI,

      Refund is not allowed to access by vendor users, that message is valid.

      But, are you getting Refund menu under WCFM dashboard as vendor user? Or you are just browsing that url directly!

      HI,

      “No i dont get Refund menu under WCFM dashboard as vendor user.” – It’s right, vendors are not allowed to access Refund Requests. Only admin allowed to approve refund requests.
