Refund section not visible in costumer area

      Hello,

      Refund section for costumer is not visible – i use Shopkeeper – eCommerce WP Theme for WooCommerce.
      The refund feature is enabled.

      How to fix it?

      I will definitely check this.

      But first please be sure those orders are not in these statuses – ‘failed’, ‘cancelled’, ‘refunded’, ‘pending’, ‘on-hold’

      Hi,

      Sorry for the delayed update.

      “JL Product Review” – this is the plugin which totally corrupt default WC Orders view.

      With that plugin view – https://ibb.co/mGLh0f

      Support and Refund both options are there as it should be.

      If you want to use that plugin then please contact plugin’s author and ask them not to destroy WC default view.

      Hello,

      Thanks for helping.
      Last question on this topic – the Refund Section must be visible also for store vendor, am i right? Now is visible just for admin. How to make it visible fot store vendor, i guess is something from capabilities.
      Same about Followers – how to hide this section for store vendors?

      Hi,

      Refund Section – it’s for approving any refund requests, now Admin is only allow to do so. Refund amount not processed automatically, it’s a manual process and admin only can do that. So this section is available only to Admin, it will not helpful to vendors. Vendor may off course check their refunds from Ledger Book.

      Followers – do you want to disable this from module or just want to hide from vendor dashboard?
