      Hi,

      I added the shortcode [wcfm_vendor_registration] in a page:

      http://netinfoweb.net/direct_deals/engrafi-synergaton/

      and the form is being displayed just fine.

      I would like to know how can i change the fields label though.

      Hi,

      Just use Loco Translate and change those label to yours, most easiest solution for changing any label of any plugins/theme.
