Hi Team,
I have the following issues related to PayPal Direct Payment
First One:
I have set the following options in Reverse or No Withdrawal Payment Methods:I’m using the plugin: Direct PayPal Payment
So it’s my understanding that if a customer pays directly to the vendor using the payment method: “PayPal o Tarjeta de Credito”
https://ibb.co/yXRDG8fThen from the WCFM Admin -> Withdrawal – > Withdrawal Requests, I shouldn’t see any Withdrawal request for the order only a Reverse Withdrawal. Right now I see a Withdrawal Requests and also a Reverse Withdrawal for the same order which seems to be wrong:

https://ibb.co/D52pvKvI shouldn’t have to approve any Withdrawal request only the Reverse.
Second Issue:
– In the Reverse Withdrawal view you see Commission: $11.80 / Balance: $1.50
– That’s wrong, the vendor actually gets: $11.80 and my commission is $1.50Third Issue:
– As mentioned I’m not receiving any payment, all the payments goes to the Vendor so assume that I missed a payment from a vendor, how can I disable or deactivate the store until they pay my commission? The can continue selling without a problem and without paying the corresponding commission to the Admin.Thank you!

Kindly show me your “Withdrawal Setting” screenshot.
– In the Reverse Withdrawal view you see Commission: $11.80 / Balance: $1.50
– That’s wrong, the vendor actually gets: $11.80 and my commission is $1.50– What’s wrong in this? Balance $1.50 is amount to pay in reverse by vendor to Admin.
– As mentioned I’m not receiving any payment, all the payments goes to the Vendor so assume that I missed a payment from a vendor, how can I disable or deactivate the store until they pay my commission? The can continue selling without a problem and without paying the corresponding commission to the Admin.
– Reverse payment is a manual process, so we can not track whether it’s already paid or not! You may offline vendor’s store in such situation.
