Separate menu for "reverse withdrawal requests" to avoid confusion

      Since reverse withdrwawal requests are admin dues for COD (right?), I’d call this tab invoices or vendor charges.

      You may add such separate menu yours using WCFM Menu manager easily.

      Well, that can be removed only using capability but then that user will not able to that section as well.

      It will best, you just hide that using CSS.
