Settings inactive

      Hello, When I am logged in as manager, i cannot change the settings, when I click on settings, nothing happens. All the different settings displays but inactive whenI click on them. How can I access the setting fonction that works. tHANKS

      Hi,

      Which setting options? WCFM Global setting options?

      Well, managers are allowed edit those.

      Please check in Google Chrome Browser console, is there any JavaScript error happening to the site or not!

      No there is indicated that there is no error, either java or other.

      Hi, thank you for your response.
      In the dashbord there is no plugin to update. Not indicated that the woocommerce multivendor marketplaceIS needs any update. Is there a way to update it automatically or which method do I need to use

      Well, that very difficult to say, this plugin update from wordpress.org. So update notice should be there.
      Are you using any plugin for controlling other plugins version and update?

      You may delete and re-install it’s new version. No worries, no data and setting will be altered.

      Well, this is not in our hand.

      We are also shocked why you are not getting update notice from wordpress.org.

      This may only happen if plugin’s installation folder name changed!

      You may delete and re-install it’s new version. No worries, no data and setting will be altered.

      – You may do the same as we suggested before.

      i getting update from wordpress … i have last version 5.2.4

      Plugins are all updates

      i don’t think that the folder name is changed.

      How do i doing to resolve the problem ?!
