Settings page is not displayed

      Hello,

      the settings page is not displayed. When I click the settings page, it is not tagged. Chrome console shows no error.
      Woocommerce log: 2019-11-08T07:08:06+00:00 DEBUG Mail Check Status:: 1

      So I figured it out the Totor LMS plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/tutor/. I don’t know where to bug in plgin.
      When the Tutor LMS plugin is disabled, the panel appears.
