      Dear WCFM,
      our customer complain about the email and confirmation that he received and too many “mark as received”

      when he order 9 items, then…. he should receive 9 email + need to mark the 9 confirmation “mark as received” that he need to finish it.

      Can we just do as 1 order number per shipment tracking and 1 order number per “mark as recieved” on orders customer page?

      If Possible in our vendor noted should only displaying per order number that has all variety inside. so its not flooding with email and emails.

        1. update all item, when we press,my suggestion is send order number with all item info but no need sent each items. it will flooding customers.
        2. noted and confirmation that he need to mark as received also make customer tired, why we dont just click once for all items.

        Hope we have this options on WCFM ultimate.

      Hi,

      Hope this could be on the next release features, cause lots my customer buying different product and today we received 26 product from 1 customer and the customer complain he need to touch lots button and receiving bunch emails for that again and again.

      I checked changes in last update and yes, there was implemented a “break;” into the core file at wcfm-ultimate “class-wcfmu-shipment-tracking” line 582.
      But for me the issue persists (but different).

      NO,
      WCFM not updating this shipment tracking per order yet.
      meanwhile we not using this shipment tracking and tell our vendors not to use it.

      NO, its still blast email to each product! ๐Ÿ™
      Its should per order not per item emailed to customers.

      I’m so sorry to say that, but in this case it’s better not to listen to WCFM. Have the best sedatives available on the market prepared and have a look to this note by WCFM from yesterday evening. I received this only because of escalating this issue and after many weeks of being ignored:

      It means, I’ve worked dozens of hours to solve an issue and now they say something in the sense of: “By the way, the code snippet which you Sebastian asked WCFM in January if it should really be used with the typo inside (itemize) and WCFM confirmed to use it? Well, we spontaneously decided to change it some weeks ago into itemwise but never felt responsible to inform our customers.”

      So give this code snippet a try and see how easy live could be if you were simply taken serious as a customer:
      add_filter( 'wcfm_is_allow_itemwise_notification', '__return_false' );

      Hi,
      Sebastian, Thanks for telling me the code snippet you mention.
      It working and sending only 1 email per order, but its only filter one product anyway and not includes info for all items in 1 order (only shown 1 product filtered per order).
      WCFM need to fix this. customers need to see all items per order they bought.

      WCFM is very busy I believe.
