Shipping by zone remove free and drop off options

      One is that when you are in a shop as a vendor and you have chosen shipping by zone you can then add shipping methods – you click add a method and then you are presented with a drop down with three options, one of which is flat rate. Is there a way to remove this step so flat rate is always chosen when they click on add a method?
