Shipping by zone shipping cost not updating

      Hi team,

      I noticed that when vendor set shipping by zone, the cost won’t update even if it’s changed in the back-end.

      The only way I got it to change is by disabling and re-enabling store shipping directly in woocommerce.

      Could you kindly take a look at this issue?
